How to Log In
If a colleague or an Enrollsy representative created an Admin user login for you, go to app.enrollsy.com, it will send you to our login screen. Then follow these steps:
Step 1 - Set Up Password
Set your password by first clicking the link that says Forgot password?
Enter the email that was used to create your admin login, then click Continue.
Go to your email account where you sent the password reset email, click the link in the password reset email, and reset your password.
Now login with your email and password at app.enrollsy.com
Step 2 - Set up Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
It will now ask you to set up a multifactor authentication method (MFA). Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security process that requires users to provide two or more pieces of evidence (factors) to verify their identity when logging into an account or system. These factors typically come from different categories:
Something you know – like a password or PIN.
Something you have – like a phone, security token, or smart card.
Something you are – like a fingerprint, facial recognition, or voice pattern.
For example, when you sign in to an account with your password (something you know) and then enter a code sent to your phone (something you have), that’s multi-factor authentication. The main purpose of MFA is to make it much harder for unauthorized users to access your account, even if they’ve stolen your password.
Enrollsy uses the following MFAs when logging in as an Admin User or Instructor:
Auth0 Guardian app (preferred method)
Google Authenticator (or similar authenticator app)
SMS (text message)
Step 3 - Scan the QR Code
If you choose the recommended Auth0 Guardian App method, you will press Continue and then be presented with a QR code that it wants you to scan using the Guardian App.
❗(DO NOT TRY TO SCAN THIS CODE WITH A PHONE - SCAN THE CODE ON YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN
Step 4 - Test Login & MFA
After clicking continue to get all the way logged in, log out in the top right of Enrollsy, and log in again to test that you set up the multifactor authentication correctly.
Outcome
After attempting to sign in again, you should see the screen below. You should also receive a push notification from the Guardian App as long as you allow notifications from it, you'll click Allow, and it will automatically sign you in.
NOTE: Make sure to click the checkbox "Remember this device for 30 days" so you won't have to perform this step for another month.
Troubleshooting Auth0 Guardian App
If you chose the "Auth0 Guardian" app as your multifactor notification and did not save the passphrase/recovery code, see this article under "Recovering Codes" for assistance in resetting the app.
MFA Refresh
When loggin in, you will have a choice to select a box to "Remember me for 30 Days." If your security login (MFA) setting isn’t set to “remember me for 30 days,” or if it’s been more than 30 days since you last selected that option, you’ll be asked to verify your login again. This can happen when you’re still using the Enrollsy app and the system needs to refresh your login in the background.
You won’t be logged out or asked to sign in again — you’ll just be prompted to complete MFA again. This process is designed to keep your account secure while still making your login experience as smooth as possible.
How to Reset MFA for Admin User or Instructors
A common reason to reset the MFA (multifactor authentication) is if an Admin user or Instructor gets a new phone or changes their email address. Another Admin User will have to do this for an Admin, or if you only have one Admin, contact Enrollsy, and we can reset your MFA. To reset an Admin user or an Instructor's multifactor authentication (MFA), follow these steps:
Go to the Admins Tab or Instructors Tab.
From this page, edit the Admin or Instructor you want to reset in the drawer on the right.
Click "Authentication," then click the reset multifactor authentication refresh icon.
Log In to Enrollsy Again
If you are an Admin, log in to Enrollsy again following the steps in this article: How to Log In as an Admin User.

How to Link Enrollsy if Email or Phone Number Changes
If an Instructor or Admin user changes their phone number or email address, it's easy to get back into Enrollsy. You will need to reset the Multifactor Authentication (MFA) and set it up again. If you track phone numbers on user profiles, you may want to edit the phone number or email address on the profile. Here are the steps.
Step 1 - User Profile (Optional)
If it's an Instructor, go to the My Company page > Users > Instructors (or whatever you call Instructors). If it's an Admin, go to the My Company page > Users > Admins. Click on the pencil icon beside the user to edit the profile. Here, you can enter the new phone or email address and click "save."
Step 2 - Reset Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
To reset the multifactor authentication (MFA) for an Admin or Instructor, click the pencil icon again to open up the settings window. Click "Authentication" at the bottom of the screen.
Next, select the reset Multi-Factor Authentication refresh icon.
NOTE: If you are an Admin, you will have to have another Admin reset your MFA or if you are the ONLY Admin, contact Enrollsy via chat, and we can reset the MFA for you.
