Where to Find the Save Button on Pages Without Auto-Save

Learn which Enrollsy pages need you to save changes and where to find the save button on each one

Most pages in Enrollsy save automatically. The pages below don't, so you need to save your changes before you leave the page.

Customer Pages

Billing Page — Payment Methods and Internal Notes

On a customer's Billing page, save changes to payment methods, Auto-Pay and Internal Billing Notes. The Save button is at the top of the page under Auto-Pay Settings.

Account Page

On a customer's Account page, click Save after changing any information. There's a Save button at the top right and another at the bottom right of the page.

Enrollee Page

On an Enrollee page, click Save after changing any information. There's a Save button at the top right and another at the bottom right of the page.

Company Settings Pages

My Company Page

On the My Company page, click Save Settings at the bottom of the page to save changes in any section.

Programs Page — Program Settings

On the Programs page, click the pencil icon next to a Program to open its settings. When you're done making changes, click Save at the bottom.

Admins and Instructors Pages

Go to Users > Admins or Users > Instructors. After you edit a user's settings, click Save.

Items Page

On the Items page, after you edit a Charge Item or Discount Item, click Save.

Documents Page

Go to Forms > Documents. Click Save after you edit either of these:

  • A Required Document

  • An E-Signature template, under the Design tab

Enroll Form Builder — Section Messages

In the Enroll Form builder, you can add or edit a message under each section header. Click the green checkmark to save the message. When the save works, a confirmation message appears and the checkmark goes away.

NOTE: Enroll Form messages can be up to 10,000 characters and can't be formatted. On the Enroll Form, they show as red text next to an information icon.

Leads and Memberships

Submissions Page — Leads

Enrollsy creates a Lead when someone enters at least one piece of contact information on your Enroll Form but doesn't finish enrolling. To find Leads, go to Submissions > Leads. After you edit a Lead, click Save.

Membership Page

Membership is an unlockable feature. Once it's unlocked, click Save after you edit a Membership's details on the Membership page.
