Account holders are the adults responsible for an account. You can update who the primary account holder is at any time from the Account tab.
Swap the Primary and Secondary Account Holders
To make the secondary account holder the primary account holder (or the other way around):
Open the account and click the Account tab.
Copy the secondary account holder's name, email, and phone number.
Paste them into the primary account holder fields, then enter the former primary account holder's information in the secondary fields.
Click Save.
Fix Duplicate Email Errors
Each email address can only belong to one primary account holder or billing contact. If an email is already in use, you'll get an error when you try to save it on another account.
Move Account Holder Info Between Accounts
If you move an account holder's info to a different account, the new account won't save while the email is still on the original account. To fix this, do one of the following:
Add a modifier to one of the email addresses, such as jane+1@email.com
Remove the email from one account and paste it into that account's internal notes
Emails From Incomplete Enrollments
If someone starts enrolling but doesn't finish creating their account, Enrollsy saves their email address. When they come back to enroll with the same email:
On the same browser, the enrollment form fills in automatically
On a different browser or device, Enrollsy recognizes the email and offers to send a link to finish the enrollment form
While that enrollment is incomplete, the email can't be added to another account. If you try, you'll see this error: "Cannot save. Email: [email address] belongs to another Primary Account Holder/Billing Contact."
Only Enrollsy support can remove an email from an incomplete enrollment. Contact support and include the email address from the error message.
Make an Enrollee the Primary Account Holder
Admins can mark an enrollee as the primary account holder. This links the enrollee's name to the primary account holder's name.
Open the account and click the enrollee's tab.
In the Enrollee section, check Use First/Last name of Primary Account Holder.
Click Save.
The enrollee's first and last name fields will lock and match the primary account holder. To change the name, edit it on the Account tab.
NOTE: Only one enrollee per account can be the primary account holder at a time.
