How to Find Active and Inactive Accounts

Find any customer account in Enrollsy with the search bar, the Enrollees page or the Invoices page

Written by Serena Edwards

Each account has a name, a unique email address and, optionally, an ID. Every account belongs to a Primary Account Holder, who is responsible for payment. You can find an account using:

  • The search bar

  • The Enrollees page

  • The Invoices page

Find an Account — Search Bar

The search bar at the top of Enrollsy is the fastest way to find an account. It shows both active and inactive accounts. You can search by:

  • The enrollee's first or last name

  • The Primary or Secondary Account Holder's first or last name

  • The Primary or Secondary Account Holder's email address

  • The Primary or Secondary Account Holder's phone number (without spaces)

Depending on what you search for, the results show the names and photos of the Primary Account Holder, the Secondary Account Holder and the enrollees. Click a result to open that customer's Billing page.

Inactive accounts are labeled Inactive in the search results.

Find an Account — Enrollees Page

  • Click Enrollees in the left menu

  • Click the account holder's name to open their Billing page, or click the enrollee's name to open their profile page

The Enrollees page may have a different name in your account, such as Students.

At the top of the Enrollees page, you'll see the total enrollments, accounts and enrollees for the selected location and enrollment period. You'll also see totals for all enrollment periods in that location. In the example below, the Open Enrollments period in the Alpine location shows:

  • 147 enrollments

  • 125 active accounts out of 151 for all enrollment periods in that location

  • 125 active enrollees out of 152 for all enrollment periods in that location

To see inactive accounts, turn on the Inactive toggle in the upper-right corner.

To see accounts or enrollees without any enrollments, click Accounts/Enrollees with no Enrollments. This link appears on both the Accounts and Enrollees pages.

Find an Account — Invoices Page

  • Click Invoices in the left menu

  • Click the account holder's name to open their Billing page, or click the enrollee's name to open their profile page

Find Accounts That Aren't Showing

The totals for all enrollment periods include every account and enrollee in the location and show up as the smaller number. If those totals don't match the accounts you see as active, inactive or with no enrollments, use one of these options to find the missing accounts:

  • Accounts Export — On the Reports page, run the Accounts Export report to download all active and inactive accounts as a CSV file. If this report isn't turned on for your company, message us through the chat to have it turned on

  • People page — The Active column shows a checkmark for each active account. The People page is a beta feature

Reactivate an Inactive Account

When an account is inactive, the customer's Billing page shows Account Not Active.

To reactivate the account:

  • Click the Account tab in the customer's account

  • Scroll down and click Activate Account
