We're excited to announce a new Bulk Activities button in Enrollsy, designed to save time when posting Activities. Whether you're an Account Holder, Instructor, or Admin user, this feature streamlines what used to be a repetitive, one-at-a-time task into a single, efficient workflow.
Key differences:
Admins and Instructors: one Enrollee → multiple Classes → multiple dates.
Account Holders: multiple Enrollees → multiple Classes → multiple dates.
For Admin Users and Instructors
Admin users and Instructors can post one Activity to one Enrollee at a time on multiple Classes for multiple dates. This is ideal when you need to record the same Activity for a single Enrollee who participates in several Classes, or whose Activity needs to be logged across a range of dates. There's no need to click into each Class or date individually.
The following are the steps on how to use the Bulk Activities button as an Admin user or an Instructor.
Navigate to the Classes page.
Select the Enrollee you want to post the Activity for (one Enrollee at a time)
Click the timeline icon to open up their timeline.
Click the Bulk Activities button.
Choose the Activity you'd like to post.
Select the Classes the Enrollee is in that should receive this Activity (you can choose multiple).
Select the date(s) the Activity should be logged for (you can choose multiple).
The total number of Activities to be created is at the bottom of the screen. Click Create to apply the Activity to all selected Class/date combinations at once.
You will see all the Activities post on the Enrollee's timeline, like this:
For Account Holders (Customers)
Account Holders can post one Activity to multiple Enrollees in multiple Classes for multiple dates. If you have more than one child or dependent enrolled, you can now log the same Activity for all of them across all of their Classes and dates from a single screen. See How to View and Log Activities in the Customer Portal for steps to post bulk activities.
Why It Matters
Before this update, posting the same Activity to several Enrollees, Classes, or dates required repeating the process for each combination. The Bulk Activities button consolidates that work into one action, reducing clicks, cutting down on errors, and giving everyone a faster way to keep records up to date.
