Notes About Posting Photos
Instructors are limited to sending one photo at a time. They can send multiple photos, but they need to do so one at a time.
Instructors can also add notes to their Photos in the "Notes" section.
Account Holders can view these photos by navigating to "Activities" under the menu and clicking on the Enrollee's name to see all their Activities.
To post a photo to an Enrollee's timeline, follow these steps:
Step 1 - Access Activities Page
In the app.enrollsy.com/instructor app, go to the Activities page.
Step 2 - Choose the Class
Choose the Class you wish to post in at the top.
Step 3 - Select Photo Activity
Select the Photo Activity from the Activity choices.
Step 4 - Upload Photo
Upload your photo (in JPG or PNG format).
Step 5 - Select Enrollees & Post Photo
Select the Enrollees you want to post the Photo on (or Select All to post on the whole Class's timelines). Then click the "Photo" button to post the photo to all the selected Enrollees' timelines.

The following is how the photo will appear on the Enrollee's timeline. Click the info icon to view the Enrollee timeline.
