If an instructor can't log in to Enrollsy, an admin can usually fix it in a few minutes. Go through these steps in order and stop once the instructor can log in.
Step 1 — Check Login Access
Go to the Instructors page (person icon > My Company > Users > Instructors) and find the instructor in the list. Look under the Login column:
Green person icon with a checkmark — the instructor has login access
No icon — the instructor doesn't have login access
To give the instructor login access:
Click the blue pencil icon next to the instructor's name
Scroll down to Role & Assignments
Check Add a Login
Click Save
Step 2 — Confirm the Email Address
The instructor has to log in with the email address saved on their Enrollsy profile. Check the email address listed on the Instructors page. If it needs to change, click the blue pencil icon next to the instructor's name, update the email address and click Save.
Step 3 — Confirm the Sign-In Page
Ask the instructor how they're trying to get to the sign-in page. Instructors can log in in any of these ways:
Enrollsy Instructor app — download it from the App Store or Google Play
Instructor sign-in link — app.enrollsy.com/instructors or app.enrollsy.com/teachers
Enrollsy website — go to enrollsy.com and click Sign In
Step 4 — Reset the Password
If the instructor is on the right sign-in page and still can't log in, reset their password. The instructor can do this themselves, or an admin can do it for them:
Go to the Account Sign-In page (app.enrollsy.com/instructor)
Click Reset Password
Enter the instructor's email address
Enrollsy then emails the instructor a link to reset their password. The link expires after 2 hours.
NOTE: Only the link in the most recent reset email works. Each new reset request cancels the links sent before it, so avoid requesting several resets in a row.
Step 5 — Troubleshoot a Missing Reset Email
If the instructor didn't get the reset email:
Check spam — ask the instructor to look in their spam or junk folder
Check the email address — make sure they're checking the inbox for the email address on their profile (see Step 2)
Whitelist Enrollsy — have the instructor add enrollsy.com to their safe senders list by following these instructions
Step 6 — Reset Multifactor Authentication
If the instructor got a new phone, changed their email address or still can't log in, reset their multifactor authentication (MFA). Another admin has to do this.
Go to the Instructors page
Click the blue pencil icon next to the instructor's name to open their profile in the right-side drawer
Click Authentication
Click the Reset Multi-Factor Authentication refresh icon
The next time the instructor logs in, they'll be asked to set up MFA again.
Still Need Help
If the instructor still can't log in after these steps, an admin can contact our support team. Use the chat button (the blue circle in the lower-right corner of Enrollsy).

More About Password Security
Reusing the same password for work and personal accounts is common, and stolen login details cause many data breaches. Keeping your Enrollsy account secure is a shared job: Enrollsy protects the platform, and each user protects their own login.
If your organization has a lot of admins and instructors and wants a better way to manage passwords, Enrollsy can help through our partnership with 1Password. Contact us to learn more or to ask about special pricing.
