You have several ways to access your account (your profile must already be set up and a log-in given by an Admin user to sign in):

  1. By downloading the app:

  2. Through your browser (we recommend Chrome or Safari) at app.enrollsy.com/teacher or app.enrollsy.com/instructor

  3. The Enrollsy website and selecting "Sign In" > "Instructors"

Once you download the app, log in with the email address you used to enroll. If you don't know which email you used, please contact one of your Admin users to ensure the email address is correct and that they gave you log in access.

Set Up Password

If this is your FIRST time logging in, follow these steps to set up your password:

  1. Set your password by first clicking the link that says Forgot password?

set up password for instructor or teacher Enrollsy app
  2. Enter the email used to create your Instructor login, then click Continue.

  3. Go to the email account where you sent the password reset email, click the link in the password reset email, and reset your password.

Set Up MFA (Multifactor Authentication)

Go to app.enrollsy.com/instructor or the Enrollsy app, and log in with your email/password. It will now ask you to set up a multifactor authentication method. Follow these steps to set up your MFA:

  1. Choose your preferred authentication method. The recommended method is to use the Auth0 Guardian App.

    2-step authentication
  2. If you choose the recommended Guardian App method, press Continue and scan the QR code using the Guardian App.

    secure Enrollsy account
  3. If you click 'Try another method,' it will let you choose to use the Google Authenticator app (iOS or Android) or text messages (SMS).

    Other authentication methods in Enrollsy
  4. After clicking continue to get all the way logged in, log out in the top right of Enrollsy, and log in again to test if the multifactor authentication was set up correctly.

  5. After attempting to sign in again, you should see the screen below.

    verify identity on Enrollsy app

You should also receive a push notification from the Guardian App as long as you allow notifications from it, where you'll click Allow, and it will automatically log you in. (Make sure to click the checkbox "Remember this device for 30 days," so you won't have to perform this step for another month).
