Log In for the First Time
When a colleague or an Enrollsy representative creates an Admin login for you, follow these steps to set your password and secure your account.
Step 1 — Set Your Password
Go to app.enrollsy.com
Click Forgot password?
Enter the email address used to create your Admin login, then click Continue
Open the password reset email Enrollsy sends you and click the link to create your password
Return to app.enrollsy.com and log in with your email and new password
Step 2 — Choose a Multifactor Authentication Method
After you log in, Enrollsy asks you to set up multifactor authentication (MFA). MFA adds a second step to your login, such as a code or notification on your phone. Even if someone gets your password, they can't get into your account without it.
Choose one of these methods:
Auth0 Guardian app (recommended)
Google Authenticator or a similar authenticator app
SMS text message
Step 3 — Scan the QR Code
If you choose the Auth0 Guardian app, install it on your phone and click Continue. A QR code will appear on your computer screen.
Open the Guardian app on your phone
Use the app to scan the QR code on your computer screen
❗NOTE: Don't scan the QR code with your phone's camera app. Scan it from inside the Guardian app.
Step 4 — Test Your Login
Click Continue to finish logging in
Click your profile in the top right corner of Enrollsy and log out
Log in again at app.enrollsy.com
When the Verify Your Identity screen appears, tap Allow on the Guardian app push notification to finish signing in
NOTE: Make sure notifications are turned on for the Guardian app so you get the sign-in prompt.
Stay Signed In With Remember This Device
When you log in, check the Remember this device for 30 days box so you don't have to complete MFA every time.
You'll be asked to verify your identity again if:
You didn't check Remember this device for 30 days
It's been more than 30 days since you last checked it
This can also happen while you're working in Enrollsy. You won't be logged out — you'll just be asked to complete MFA again.
Troubleshoot Sign-In Errors
If you see the error message Invalid Token. Authentication Failed, try these fixes in order.
Check Your Login URL

Sync Your Device's Date and Time
Our authentication provider blocks sign-ins if your device's clock isn't synced. Turn on automatic date and time:
Windows — Go to Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time and turn on Set time automatically
Mac — Go to System Settings > General > Date & Time and turn on Set time and date automatically
iPhone or iPad — Go to Settings > General > Date & Time and turn on Set Automatically
Android — Go to Settings > Date & Time and turn on Set Automatically
Confirm Your Login Email
Your login email may be different from the one you're entering.
Go to the Trouble Signing In page

Recover Access to the Auth0 Guardian App
If you use the Auth0 Guardian app and didn't save your recovery code, see the Recovering Codes section in Auth0's MFA reset guide.
Reset MFA for an Admin or Instructor
Reset MFA when an Admin or Instructor gets a new phone or changes their email address. After the reset, they'll set up MFA again the next time they log in.
NOTE: Admins can't reset their own MFA. Another Admin needs to do it for you. If you're the only Admin, contact Enrollsy through chat and we'll reset it for you.
Step 1 — Update the User's Contact Info (Optional)
If the user's phone number or email changed, update their profile first.
Go to My Company > Users > Admins or Instructors
Click the pencil icon next to the user
Enter the new phone number or email address and click Save
Step 2 — Reset MFA
Go to My Company > Users > Admins or Instructors
Click the pencil icon next to the user
Click Authentication at the bottom of the Edit User panel
Click the refresh icon next to Multi-factor auth method
Step 3 — Log In Again
Admins — Log in at app.enrollsy.com and follow Steps 2–4 in Log In for the First Time to set up MFA again
Instructors — Follow the steps in How to Log In to the Instructor Portal
