How to Create Your Own Customer or Instructor Account

See Enrollsy the way your Customers and Instructors do

Written by Serena Edwards

Sometimes it helps to see Enrollsy from a Customer's point of view or to work as an Instructor. You can create your own Customer or Instructor account the same way you would for anyone else. This article covers what to do differently when the account is for you.

Create a Customer Account for Yourself

Follow the steps in How to Create a Customer Account. When the account is for you:

  • Use the same email address you use as an Admin

  • Fill in only the required fields, which are the Account Holder's name and email and the Enrollee's name

  • Use your own name, a made-up name, or a word like test for the Enrollee

Log In as a Customer

Log in either way:

Create an Instructor Account for Yourself

Follow the steps in How to Add a New Instructor. When the account is for you:

  • Add a plus alias to your email, such as yourname+instructor@yourcompany.com. If your Instructor profile uses the same email as your Admin profile, you may not be able to log in to both portals.

  • Set the Role to one with full permissions

  • Check Can access all Classes
