How Instructors Enter & Exit Classrooms

Enter and exit a classroom so you count toward that room's ratio

When you enter a Classroom, Enrollsy records that you're in the room and counts you toward its Instructor to Enrollee ratio. Exit the Classroom when you leave so the ratio stays accurate.

Enter a Classroom

  • Go to the Activities page in the Instructor Portal

  • Select the Class at the top of the page

  • Click the green enter button below the Class

  • Click Enter in the pop-up window

NOTE: Entering a Classroom automatically exits you from any other Class you've already entered.

Exit a Classroom

  • Click the red exit button below the Class

  • Click Exit in the pop-up window
