How Instructors Check In and Out With the Kiosk

Log your work time by checking in and out on the Kiosk with your phone number and PIN

Instructors use the Kiosk to check in and out and log their work time. Before you use the Kiosk:

  • An Admin must set up the Kiosk on a device

  • Your Instructor profile must have a cell phone number

  • You must set up a 4-digit Kiosk PIN

Kiosk PIN — Set Up or Reset Your PIN

To set up or reset your PIN:

  • Click My Account in the menu, then click Reset PIN

  • Enter your new 4-digit PIN in both fields

  • Click Set PIN

NOTE: If your profile doesn't have a cell phone number, you won't show up on the Kiosk. An Admin can add one in My Company > Users > Instructors by clicking the edit button next to your name.

Start the Kiosk

To open the Kiosk on the device:

  • Click Kiosk in the menu of the Admin Portal or Instructor Portal

  • Choose the Location (if applicable)

  • Click Start Kiosk

Check In — Log Your Start Time

The Kiosk shows your organization's logo. To check in:

  • Enter the last four digits of your cell phone number

  • Select your name from the list

  • Click the green Check In button

Check Out — Log Your End Time

To check out:

  • Enter the last four digits of your cell phone number

  • Select your name and enter your PIN

  • Click the red Check Out button
