How to Add, Edit and Remove Admin Users

Add new Admin users, manage their roles and email notifications, and remove Admins who no longer need access in Enrollsy

Written by Serena Edwards

The number of Admin users you can have depends on your plan. You can add more users for a monthly charge.

  • Non-profit plans include 3 Admin users

  • The Pro Plan includes 2 Admin users, and you can add more for $30/month per user

Add a New Admin User

Follow these steps to give another person Admin access to your Enrollsy account.

Step 1 — Go to the Admins Page

Step 2 — Click the Add Button

  • Click the blue + button in the top right corner of the Admins page

Step 3 — Enter Basic Information

In the drawer that opens on the right, fill in the Basic section:

  • First and last name

  • Title (optional)

  • Login email. This email is used for both the Admin's login and their notifications, so check it carefully for accuracy

  • Cell phone number (optional)

Step 4 — Select a Role

Roles control which permissions an Admin has. There are 29+ permissions available. To learn what each one does, see Admin Permissions — Understanding and Editing Roles.

  • Click the Role dropdown in the Role & Assignments section

  • Check the box next to the role you want to assign

  • To create a new role, click the blue + button, name the role, and select its permissions. You can create as many roles as you need

  • Select the Company(s) the Admin can access

Step 6 — Choose Email Notifications

In the Emails section, check the box next to each notification the Admin should receive:

  • Receive failed customer payment emails

  • Receive new enrollment emails

  • Receive enrollment rescheduled emails

  • Receive enrollment cancellation emails

Step 7 — Save

  • Click Save to add the Admin user

Edit an Existing Admin User

You can edit any of the following:

  • Name

  • Title

  • Email address

  • Cell phone number

  • Role and permissions

  • Locations and companies

  • Email notifications

NOTE: Be careful when editing an Admin user's role. Changes to a role apply to everyone with that role, not only the person you're editing. If one Admin needs different permissions, create a new role for that person.

Turn Email Notifications On or Off

  • Go to My Company > Users > Admins

  • Click the pencil icon next to the Admin user

  • Scroll to the Emails section at the bottom of the drawer

  • Check or uncheck the box for each notification

  • Click Save

Notification settings are saved for each Admin separately. To change notifications for more than one Admin, repeat these steps for each person.

Troubleshooting — Not Receiving Emails

Remove an Admin User

When a director, manager, or other Admin leaves your company, remove them from Enrollsy so they no longer have access.

  • Go to My Company > Users > Admins (link: https://app.enrollsy.com/my-company/company)

  • Click the trash can icon next to the Admin user you want to remove

  • Click Delete in the window that opens

  • Click Delete Anyway to confirm

After you remove the Admin, let us know so we can take them off our mailing list. Send their name and the email address they used in Enrollsy through the chat bubble in your Enrollsy Admin account, or email support@enrollsy.com (link: mailto:support@enrollsy.com).

Undo an Accidental Deletion

  • Click Undo in the row where the deleted Admin user was listed

  • The Admin user is restored right away

NOTE: Undo only shows until you refresh the page or go to a different page.
