Enrollsy works with Zapier, an automation platform that links Enrollsy to more than 5,000 work apps. Once Zapier is set up, events in Enrollsy can start tasks in your other apps automatically.

How Zapier Automations Work
An automation in Zapier is called a Zap. Each Zap has two parts:
Trigger — an event in Enrollsy that starts the automation, such as a new enrollment
Action — the task that happens automatically in another app when the trigger fires
For example, with New Enrollment as the trigger, you could:
Use Google Drive and Append Text to an Existing Document to keep an enrollment list
Use Mailchimp and Send Campaign to send new families a welcome email
Before You Start — Add Zapier Segments to Your Programs
Before you build a Zap, add Zapier segments to your programs in Enrollsy. These segments make the triggers available in Zapier. Follow the steps in How to Add Zapier Segments to Programs.
Available Enrollsy triggers
New Activity Post — when an activity you choose is posted to someone's activity timeline
New Lead — 12 hours after someone leaves the enrollment process without finishing, or 15 minutes after an admin creates a lead manually
New SMS Message — when someone replies to an SMS message
Class Start — when an enrollment's class starts for the day
Class End — when an enrollment's class ends for the day
New Enrollment — when an enrollment is created through the Enroll Form, created manually by an admin, or (optionally) added by an import
Create a Zap
Step 1 — Select Enrollsy as the App
In Zapier, start a new Zap and choose Enrollsy as the trigger app. Pick the latest version.
Step 2 — Choose the Trigger Event
Pick the Enrollsy trigger that should start your automation from the list above.
Step 3 — Choose an Account
Pick an Enrollsy account you've already connected, or connect a new one.
Step 4 — Set Up the Trigger
In the Trigger section, fill in these fields:
Company — select your company
Zapier Segment — select the event you chose in Step 2
Step 5 — Test the Trigger
Select Test trigger. Zapier pulls in up to three of the most recent records so you can confirm the trigger works.
Step 6 — Add Your Action
Choose the app you want to connect and the action that should happen, then follow the Zapier prompts to set it up.
Step 7 — Name and publish your Zap
Give your Zap a name and select Publish. Your Zap won't run until it's published.
