Before you can use Zapier with Enrollsy, you need to add Zapier segments to your programs. A segment is an event, such as a new enrollment, that can trigger a Zap. Follow the steps below to add segments to one program or to several at once.
Step 1 — Open the Program Settings
Go to My Company > Programs, then use one of these options:
To edit a single program, select the pencil icon next to it
To edit several programs at once, check the box next to each one, then select the bulk edit pencil icon at the top of the list.
Step 2 — Add Zapier Segments
Select Advanced on the left
Scroll down to Zapier Segments
Select the blue plus sign to add a segment
In the Value field, type the name of the event you want to use, exactly as shown in the list below
Repeat for each event you want to add
Available Zapier segments
New Activity Post — when an activity you choose is posted to someone's activity timeline
New Lead — 12 hours after someone leaves the enrollment process without finishing, or 15 minutes after an admin creates a lead manually
New SMS Message — when someone replies to an SMS message
Class Start — when an enrollment's class starts for the day
Class End — when an enrollment's class ends for the day
New Enrollment — when an enrollment is created through the Enroll Form, created manually by an admin, or (optionally) added by an import
Step 3 — Save your changes
Select Save. Your segments are ready to use in Zapier.
