There are two way to self-check-in/out in Enrollsy. One is through the Customer Portal. The other is through a Kiosk. See below for steps to use these methods.
Customer Portal/App
If the company you or your child is enrolled in allows Customer check-ins/outs, here are the steps to take within the Customer Portal (the link to this will come from the company you are enrolled with).
Step 1 - Choose Activities
In the Menu (upper-right corner), choose Activities.
Step 2 - Select Enrollee
Select the Enrollee's name.
Step 3 - Select Activity
Select Check In or Check Out from the Activity drop-down menu.
Step 4 - Choose Class
Next, choose the proper class from the "Select Class" drop-down list. Click Post to post the Activity.
Kiosk
Follow the steps below to check in/out as a Customer on a Kiosk.
Step 1 - Enter Digits
Enter the last four digits of your cell phone number.
NOTE About the Same Last 4 Digits of Phone Number
If another customer has the exact same last four digits of the phone number, their name will be listed, along with the Primary Account Holder's name (even if the Secondary Account Holder's phone number digits are entered). This DOES NOT mean the other customer listed has permission to pick up your Enrollee. It only means they share the same last four digits of the phone number. Just click on the Primary Account Holder's name to get to the Enrollee(s) on the account.
Step 2 - Enter PIN
Enter your PIN. If you have not set this up or have forgotten it, log in to the Customer Portal and go to "Reset PIN." Secondary Account Holders can set up a PIN from within their account (if given access by the Primary Account Holder).
Step 3 - Select Name
Under the "Check In" tab, select the Enrollee's name(s) by checking the box(es) beside each Enrollee.
Step 4 - Check In
Click "Select Class" to select the Class you are checking the Enrollee(s) into.
NOTE: If you have more than one Enrollee, and they are in DIFFERENT Classes, please select each Enrollee's Class.
Click the green "Check In" button to check in.
Step 5 - Check Out
The same steps will need to be repeated to check out. Enter the last four digits of your cell phone number and PIN. Select the "Check Out" tab, and then click the red Check Out button to check out.
