If your organization uses a Kiosk for check-in and check-out, you’ll need a PIN to check your Enrollees in and out. You can set up or reset your PIN in the Enrollsy app.
Important Notes About PINs
One PIN per account — Each account has one PIN. Secondary Account Holders share the Primary Account Holder’s PIN, so if either one changes it, it changes for both
Authorized pick-up people — Anyone other than the Primary Account Holder needs the Primary Account Holder’s PIN to pick up an Enrollee. The Kiosk only shows the Primary Account Holder’s name, even when someone else checks an Enrollee in or out
Only Enrollees on your account — You’ll only see Enrollees on your own account. To pick up a child on a different account, you need that account’s PIN and the last 4 digits of one of its Account Holders’ phone numbers
Shared last 4 digits — If another Primary Account Holder has the same last 4 digits in their cell phone number, both names appear. Select your name and enter your PIN to see your Enrollees
