Instructors can call an Enrollee's Account Holders from the Instructor Portal. You can call from the Classes page, the Activities page, or the Check In/Check Out page.
NOTE: The Secondary Account Holder only shows as an option if there is one and a cell phone number has been entered.
Classes Page — Call or Email
Click Classes in the menu
Find the Enrollee in their Class and click the down arrow on the far right
Click the contact info icon
Choose to call the Primary Account Holder, call the Secondary Account Holder, or email the Primary Account Holder
Activities or Check In/Check Out Page — Call
Click Activities or Check In/Check Out in the menu
Select the Class at the top of the page
Click the phone icon next to the Enrollee
Choose the Primary or Secondary Account Holder to call
