Hiding a Program Option removes it from your active workspace view in the admin Program editor, keeping your dashboard clutter-free. Because the option is hidden rather than deleted, all associated customer data, financial records, and enrollment histories remain fully intact and accessible for reporting.
Steps to Hide Program Options
Step 1 - Open Program Options
Open the Programs tab in My Company and click Manage Program Options.
Step 2 - Edit Program Option
Click on the blue pencil icon beside the Program Option to hide.
Step 3 - Toggle Hide Switch
Turn on the Hide switch (just below the image upload), then click Save. he option will no longer appear in the Program editor.
View Hidden Program Options
To view hidden Program Options, toggle Show Hidden on the main Program Ooptions window. Hidden Program Options appear with a crossed-out eye icon.
Unhide Program Options
To unhide the Program Option, toggle Hide off, and click Save.
