How to Track Your Deposits, Settlements, and Merchant Portal Logins

Find out where your payments are at any moment and how to log in to your merchant service provider for detailed financial information

💡 Quick overview Enrollsy helps you collect payments, but we are not a bank. Your money lives in one of three places at any given time:

  1. Still in your customer's bank account

  2. In transit between banks and processors

  3. Deposited in your bank account

This article shows you how to check on your money in each stage. Before you continue, confirm which merchant service provider(s) you use — check your monthly statement if you're not sure.

Where is my money?

Enrollsy reports what your processing bank tells us about each transaction's success or failure — but we don't hold your funds or control deposit timing. To see exactly where your money is, you'll log in to the merchant portal that matches your processor.

EnrollsyPay (Nuvei)

Who uses this: Most Enrollsy customers who signed up in 2022 or later for credit card processing.

What you'll find here: Deposits, settlement reports, statements, and transaction history.

How to log in

  • Enter the username and password from your welcome email.

  • If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot password and follow the reset steps.

  • Use your Merchant ID (MID), which can be found on your statements or welcome email.

Need to add a user or recover access?

Email us-support@tillpayments.com for each person you want to grant access. Include:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Time zone

  • MID (Merchant ID, which you can find on your statements or in your welcome email)

How to log in

  • Enter your Merchant ID, login name, and password from your welcome email.

  • Click submit

  • If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot password and follow the reset steps.

Need to add a user or recover access?

Email onboarding@achq.com for each person you want to grant access. Include the new user's full name and email address.

  • Always confirm your MID when reaching out for support.

Stripe Express (Canada or Australian Clients)

Who uses this: International Enrollsy customers (outside the U.S.).

How to log in (from inside Enrollsy)

  1. Go to My Company → Getting Launched in Enrollsy.

  2. Find the Stripe card and click Manage.

FAQs and Troubleshooting

Q: What if I can't find my Merchant ID (MID)? Check your most recent statement or your welcome email from your processor. If you still can't find it, contact your processor's support team (listed in each section above).

Q: What if I can't log into my portal? Use the Forgot Password or Request Password link on the login page. Make sure you're using the email address tied to your merchant account.

Q: Why doesn't Enrollsy show my bank deposit? Enrollsy reports transaction success or failure from your processor — it doesn't track deposits to your bank. Log in to your merchant portal (above) for deposit and settlement details.

Q: How long do deposits take? Timing varies by processor and payment type. Check your provider's portal for exact settlement schedules.
